1. Where we ship
We currently ship to the Netherlands, Belgium and Luxembourg [confirm countries].
2. Shipping costs
- Free shipping on orders from €75
- Orders under €75: €4.95 [confirm — same rate for Belgium and Luxembourg?]
The shipping costs for your order are always shown at checkout, before you pay.
3. Delivery times
- Netherlands: 2–4 working days
- Belgium and Luxembourg: 3–5 working days
Orders placed before [time] on a working day are dispatched [the same day / the next working day]. If we cannot deliver within the stated time, we will let you know. In any case, we deliver within 30 days of your order, unless we agree otherwise.
4. How we ship
Your order is packed and shipped from our fulfilment partner [name, city], with [carrier, e.g. PostNL / DHL]. As soon as your order is on its way, you receive an email with a tracking link.
Your order ships from within the EU, so you will not pay any import duties or extra VAT on delivery [confirm once fulfilment location is known].
5. Not at home, or a problem with delivery?
If you are not at home, the carrier will follow its usual procedure [e.g. delivery to neighbours or a pick-up point]. Has your parcel not arrived, or did it arrive damaged? Email info@studiosaltysun.com with your order number and we will sort it out.
The items are our responsibility until they are delivered to you or to someone you designated.
